The new parking area provide a gathering spot for student groups who might want a guided visit through the Environmental Education Center.

This parking area was graciously funded by the Kentucky Heritage Land Conservation Fund Board.


An asphalt road from the parking area to the EEC pavillion passes two accessibile viewing areas built by the Xerox Community Involvement Project
