Our overarching project is to prepare the infrastructure for the Environmental Education Center. In so doing we enjoy completing the tasks necessary to prepare the Center for use by students and visitors. The construction of a parking area, appropriate deck, and storage space is being supported by The Kentucky Heritage Land Conservation Fund Board and Home Depot. Projects completed so far include:
  • A place for all to learn - ongoing
  • A new renovated front gate for the Center
  • A new parking area
  • A multi-level, accessible pond overlook
  • Butterfly Garden
  • Geo-Spatial Data Processing
  • Pawpaw Research at the EERC
  • American persimmon and spicebush
    •
